This website was
developed for the U.S arm of Applikon, a company that manufactures and
markets bioreactor systems. Our challenge was to deliver information and
technical support to a clientele with very specific technical needs. This
motivated the design of a custom search engine and database that would
allowed easy updating and file management by Applikon personnel. We also
implemented detailed form input to maximize online support of customer
requests for technical sales support and literature requests.
